Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators (AAWI)

Charles is a Member of AAWI - the association representing and bringing together workplace investigators in Australasia.

Key work within the last few months includes:

• Advising on investigation processes including drafting terms of reference and engaging independent investigators;
• Advising a significant employer on Health and Safety compliance and procedures; and
• Advising numerous employers and employees on their employment related rights and duties, including resolving difficult personal grievances and other claims through mediation.
